But the full value is with an affiliate - the powerful combination of certified coaches refining/improving technique and others busting themselves at the same time.  Also great to discover the alpha track running group on Tuesdays!!!</description>

		<description>June, just got the book referenced and began reading it last night.  It&#039;s well balanced, which is nice.  So many speciality diet books tend to drive a specific agenda (Paleo, Zone, Carb, etc).  This one provides a little more breadth and allows for some specialization depending on pursuit (i.e., triathlon, rowing, marathon, cycling)...  Will write more about it.

I do tend to incorporate more protein, limit waste carbs and approach a balanced protein, carb, fat than most endurance types.  Began that right before last year&#039;s Pikes Peak double (where hydriation and muscle strength is far more important than carb loading)...</description>
